Parking was very challenging

Location was good , 5 min by taxi to center. Staff was really kind and helpful. We arrived in the morning 6-7 am to the hotel so we requested breakfast box to the room and they fulfilled our special request. Room was clean and they have changed out towel. Room is enough for 3 people for a short stay.

Walls were really thin so it was a bit noisy. Could be some fresh vegetable offered for breakfast and some more fresh fruit.

Need and tidy / calm and cozy room.

Watet leaking in the bathroom and Shower not working properly ...

About cleaning the room it was not done properly, there was no electricity for 2 - 3 hours also no water in wash room, they have no backup generators or any solution

Hotel location is quite good very close to metro station and easy to find. The room was clean and cosy and it got everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff are very friendly and they allow me to check in earlier which was very convenient.

The suit door was not soundproof and I heard other guests on the hotel stairs all the times. It didn't bothered me much but I'd prefer a more silent room. I also didn't like the bathroom as it got very low water pressure sometimes and taking a shower in the morning was not a pleasant experience. The breakfasts were acceptable however not varied enough. Also if you got for breakfast in the last hour as I usually did you'll probably have everything cold.

Rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet was nice, staff helpful and friendly.

After showering the bathroom floor will be wet, as there is no door for the shower. This is just a minor thing though and results out of the way the shower was designed.

Difficult to get good sleep in a non-silent room.You can hear everything from the reception and other guests coming back in the night. Besides that, we were forced to unplug the mini fridge because it was too noisy and we had to remove the key card from the electricity slot during the night because the background noise from the electrical panel was unbearable.Water pressure in the shower not optimal.No lift in the building.

Good location in the center area of the city. Excellent breakfast. Very clean room and everyday cleaning. Comfortable room size. No noise from roads due to the location. Very good ration - value for money. I would recommend this hotel to my acquaintance.

Loud fridge, which I turned off cause I didn't use it. In my room, at night, light from the stairs partially penetrated into the room because the protective film on the internal glass had peeled off. Strange electrical noise from the ceiling. For me, it was a little bit cold in the room.

Hotel has a good location, although in the yard between old buildings. It is in a very quiet area, protected from the traffic noise. It's close to the metro station and big SAS supermarket. Personnel is very kind an helpful. WiFi connection was very good. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very rich and delicious and was the best part of my stay there.

The room that I booked was described as a Standard Double Room with Sofa (seating area), with 26 m2, so spacious enough for me. However, what I got was a very tiny room of around 18 m2, without sofa (seating area), so be careful in order not to be cheated. The towel I got was dirty, with the spots of shampoo on it. The sink was not cleaned well and almost clogged. The shower gel was very diluted, it was liquid almost as a water. Sound insulation within a hotel (doors, walls) is very bad, it was very noisy.

Pretty good homemade breakfasts with national elements - are the most important impression for me in this hotel. It's not like 'continental breakfast' in famous hotels, but very cute.

Rooms are not so good: 'standard room' is too small and there was an internal door to the next room (wtf?); 'semi-luxe' room was better, but not so good bathroom equipment.

It is close to great attractions on the city. Breakfast was great, we were there for 4 nights and they rotate set menu.

All stairs which is normal in this region but staff assist us with our luggages.

Don't be fooled by positive reviews: My experience at My Hotel Yerevan

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at My Hotel Yerevan. Despite pre-paying for a deluxe room, my guest was given a much smaller, standard room upon check-in. The staff seemed indifferent to the error, and it took a day of persistent complaints for them to acknowledge the issue.The housekeeping service was consistently poor, with rooms requiring multiple requests for basic cleaning. Moreover, the hotel's location is less than desirable, and the surrounding views are quite bleak.I had selected this hotel based on the positive feedback from other guests. However, my experience was a stark contrast to these reviews, leading me to question the authenticity of previous ratings. It seems that some reviews may have been influenced by external factors.I would strongly advise potential guests to carefully consider other options before booking at My Hotel Yerevan.

Lack of room accessories like shampoo, soap, shaving accessories, tee/coffee, water. Sometimes, water flow in shower has stopped completely, same thing with electricity. Not too bad but still annoying.

Overall good hotel in central location. Rooms are clean, breakfast is nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pillows were hard for me and the sofa bed is not quite convenient to sleep on.

The hotel is hidden in a yard surrounded by buildings. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Room is very clean. Water pressure is low. Internet ok. There is a supermarket nearby. Walking distance to some main attractions.

No lift.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size, modern, and well-equipped. Good shower, too! It was also very quiet, which is important when you need to work. Breakfast was great, and I loved the fact that you could have it out in the yard.

The room was a little dark perhaps, but I am noticing that about many hotel rooms in Armenia (to reduce the heat?). A corkscrew would be a useful addition. ;)
